Hi there!

I’m Ananya, an artist based in the beautiful city of Bellevue, Washington. My artistic journey began in 2011, when I was just four years old, under the guidance of the incredible Hazeena Jamal. Since 2016, I’ve had the privilege of training under the skilled guidance of a certified Bob Ross Instructor, Sweety Saradha. Today, I’m proud to hold the title of a certified Level 1 Certified Onestroke instructor myself.

I love to express myself through various mediums, with acrylic paints and colored pencils being some of my favorites. Creating something entirely new has always been my driving force.

Since middle school, I’ve been participating in the National PTA Reflections contests, consistently earning district-level prizes. Since 2019, I have submitted award-winning entries for Washington State in the Federal Junior Duck Stamp contest. In 2021, the Bellevue Art Museum chose to display my painting ‘Stars in Her Eyes’ in their prestigious ’20 under 20′ contest.

I’m truly passionate about using my art to give back to the community that has supported me throughout this journey. I regularly host free art workshops at schools, cultural groups, clubs for underprivileged kids, and assisted living facilities. Most of these are in collaboration with Expressions Arts.

Together, let’s use art to create a better world!

Rangeen Arts Exposé

I am truly honored to have the opportunity to host a solo art workshop in collaboration with Expressions Arts. It was a remarkable experience to bring together my passion for art and a cause I deeply cared about. As an artist, seeing all of my creations gathered in one place for this event was a surreal moment. It allowed me to reflect on the progression of my artistic journey and how far I’ve come. The best part, however, was the knowledge that our collective efforts had made a meaningful impact. It was a heartwarming validation that art could be a powerful tool for change, and I couldn’t have been more thrilled with the outcome. My sincere thanks to all the volunteers who helped set it up, and all the patrons who made it a grand success.
