For the second year, I was involved in the set production for Indus Creations. This time, it was designing digital media for the sets of the 2023 play Soora Samharam.

Volunteered as a Teen Docent for Bellevue Art Museum this spring. It provided me a great opportunity to engage with art, practice public speaking skills, and learn from artists and museum professionals.

With the blessings of His Holiness Maharanyam Sri Sri Muralidhara Swamiji, this first ‘I Am Awed‘ book has been compiled by high-school youth from around North America. It is based on the YouTube video series I Am Awed – Hindu Dharma Q & Aby Sri Ramanujamji, a disciple of Sri Swamiji, where he answers questions from global Hindu youth, based on the teachings and writings of Sri Swamiji. These answers have been absorbed, written, edited, illustrated, and presented here by youth under the guidance of Global Organization for Divinity’s Gopa Kuteeram Youth Education Program teachers, for the benefit of all Hindu youth.

I contributed a story with an illustration for this book, published in March 2023.

Artwork donation for Girls Giving Back (GGB) in the transformation of shelter for women and kids who have been affected by physical abuse and homelessness. Donations went to the Way Back Inn shelter transformation and to the art basket that will be such a wonderful surprise for the family moving in

I had the incredible opportunity to start this new year by working with volunteers from Expressions, a nonprofit run by Sweety Saradha Arts, to create cards for the residents of the Silverado Memory Care Center in Bellevue. Thanks to everyone who participated to make this event such a success!

I donated some of my paintings for the Microsoft Give auctions (Oct 2022). All of them got sold 😊. The proceeds were in favor of ICRC, Unicef USA, 4-H, and United Way of King County.

Had immense fun volunteering for Indus Creations’s 2022 play “Kadavul Varugiraar”. I was part of the huge team of backstage and set production.

Got the opportunity to interview artist Whitney Bennett and write an article on the Art History of Mexico for the Expressions magazine.

Volunteered as a part of Prep Academy Batch Arrow of Arts for “Beauty in Little Things” National Art contest for high school students in USA

Worked on the Unity Project.

When Madhavi Sirigiri published (in India) her first book in Telugu in 2022, I volunteered to illustrate it, and she kindly agreed. The book, targeting high-school kids, is about the life history of ‘Lal Bahadur Shastry’, India’s 2nd Prime Minister. It was a great experience for me.
